Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Khalil Surf Photography, each session requires planning, time scheduling, and limited availability. This policy is designed to be fair to both clients and the photographer.

By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received
• A non-refundable deposit (20–30%) may be required
• The remaining balance is due before or on the session day

3. Client Cancellations

• 48+ hours before session: Full refund (excluding deposit)
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the session at the agreed time and location, no refund will be issued.

5. Rescheduling

• One free reschedule if requested at least 48 hours in advance
• Subject to availability

6. Weather & Ocean Conditions

• Sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions
• A session credit may be provided if needed
• No guaranteed refunds for natural conditions beyond control

7. Cancellation by Khalil Surf Photography

Sessions may be cancelled due to weather, health, or unforeseen issues.

• Full refund OR rescheduling option will be provided

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (weather, restrictions, natural events).

In such cases, a session credit may be offered instead of a refund.

9. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Bank or transaction fees are non-refundable
