1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Khalil Surf Photography and the client (“Client”, “you”). By booking a session or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the session day
• Payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or agreed method
• Any transaction or currency fees are the responsibility of the client

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate booking information
• You are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed location
• You must ensure your physical ability to participate in surf conditions
• You are responsible for your own safety in the water

4. Ocean & Safety Conditions

Surf photography depends on ocean and weather conditions. You acknowledge that:

• Conditions may change rapidly and affect the session
• The photographer may adjust or cancel sessions for safety reasons
• All decisions related to safety are final

5. Session Delivery

• You will receive photos/videos according to your selected package
• Editing style and selection are at the photographer’s discretion
• Delivery timelines will be communicated after the session

6. Photography Rights & Usage

• Khalil Surf Photography retains full copyright of all images and videos
• Clients may use images for personal use
• Commercial use requires written permission
• Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media promotion

You may request removal of your images at any time.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Surfing and ocean activities involve inherent risks.

• You participate at your own risk
• Khalil Surf Photography is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages
• You are responsible for your personal belongings

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Ocean hazards
• Government restrictions
• Unforeseen events

10. Conduct

• Clients must behave respectfully and responsibly
• Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without refund

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
