Refund Policy
Booking terms for deposits, cancellations, weather, ocean conditions, refund processing, and no-shows.
A booking may be confirmed after payment or deposit.
A non-refundable deposit of 20-30% may be required to secure the session date.
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before the session: full refund excluding the deposit
- 24-48 hours before the session: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund
Weather and Ocean Conditions
If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be rescheduled when possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend the scheduled session without notice are not eligible for a refund.
