Services
Khalil Surf Photography provides surf photography, in-water photography, portraits, lifestyle, and branding photography services.
Copyright
Khalil Surf Photography keeps copyright ownership of all images and videos.
Personal Use
Clients may use delivered photos for personal use, social media, printing, and memories.
Commercial Use
Commercial use requires written permission unless agreed before the session.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Arriving on time
- Providing correct booking details
- Understanding ocean risks
- Following safety guidance
- Bringing their own surf equipment if needed
Safety
Surfing and ocean activities include natural risks. The client is responsible for their own safety in the water.
Late Arrival
Late arrival may reduce session time.
Delivery
Photo and video delivery time may depend on the session type, editing workload, and agreement with the client.
